We are looking for a unique candidate to fill an important and diverse position as Real Estate Assistant/Ninja on our team! In addition to the skills, traits & industry experience we’ve outlined below, the ideal candidate must also have a sense of humour & martial arts experience (or the ability to kick butt when needed!). Excellent communication skills, customer service/office administration experience both in person and over the phone/computer is required. Must have the ability to work and multitask in fast paced environment & prioritize workload in both a team environment and independently. Ideally the candidate is a creative, self-starter who takes initiative with a positive attitude! Light graphic design & knowledge of use of social media for business promotion & growth is preferred. Must have a strong knowledge and use of technology/computer skills and software, be detailed oriented, ability to maintain confidentiality and jump in and through hoops as needed!
Real Estate Experience & Industry Knowledge of the Stratus MLS System is a huge asset but not a must. This position would also include the Preparation of Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Listing Agreements, Amendments, Waivers, Mutual Releases and all other Standard Real Estate Forms required. Follow Up on the deal files (paper and electronic versions) are properly completed, book showings for agents & schedule appointments as needed. Light graphic design for marketing plans with social media. Upload MLS listings including process any changes to the listings as required. Responsible for website & social media updates. Update and maintain CRM software to ensure the Client Database information is up to date and accurate; field & responds to calls/emails from clients and industry contacts, and additional administrative duties as required.
Experience and strong knowledge of the following is preferred:
Stratus MLS System
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher)
Client Mgmt software
Exceptional Customer Service – over the phone/computer and in person
Social Media knowledge for business growth and promotion Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Twitter
Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. Paid hourly.
*Must have valid Drivers License and vehicle.
