2016 Clarington Energy Summit

The 8th Annual Clarington Energy Summit welcomed a diverse representation of local business, post-secondary institutions, project contractors and University & College students.

The Clarington Board of Trade & Office of Economic Development hosted the Summit at Ontario Power Generation’s Darlington Energy Complex and 85 guests enjoyed presentations surrounding the topic of the future of energy and how we can work together to meet skills needs in the nuclear industry and beyond. Guests benefited from engaging with 16 organizations and local businesses during the ‘Opportunity Fair’ – making connections and strengthening relationships.

Much thanks to CBOT’s partners on making this 8th Annual Summit a success – helping to deliver continued value to the business community and future graduates.
